Leveraging her extensive experience and training in leading comprehensive non-profit and community-based initiatives, bi-weekly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, Krystel will equip non-profit leaders in a 90-minute training with training and strategies to build, grow, and sustain their non-profit in a group training session. Additionally, Krystel will provide members with an assignment for group discussion in the next week's follow-up group strategy session. (See below.)
As a follow-up to the bi-weekly group strategy coaching sessions, Krystel will answer specific questions of members and follow-up during the session to review the previous week's assignment.
Members will have access to Capitol Academy's signature non-profit course, Fundamentals of Non-Profit Strategic Planning. Additionally, monthly, members will have access to a new non-profit course. Examples of upcoming courses include: Starting a Non-Profit, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, Board Development, Organizational Strategies for Managing a Non-Profit. Each course has resources to reinforce learning concepts to include downloadables and usable templates and the ability to access the course 30 days after completion.
Members will have access to Krystel and other non-profit peer leaders in a shared community online environment. In this moderated space, members will be able to ask and respond to questions, post announcements, and share resources.
As part of the Capitol Non-Profits online community space, Krystel will share at least monthly resources with members. Resources may include additional reading materials, templates, resource guides and checklists to equip non-profit owners with supplemental information to enhance their organization.
